Too many aprons

4 Jul

What a better way to brighten up everyday chores than with a bright and beautiful half apron? Practical yet incredibly stylish and pretty! This is my first half apron and i have to say I’m pretty chuffed with the results.

I love the bright colours and thinks this apron would be ideal for baking/gardening/sewing…I hope to make a series of these each with different purposes in mind. So lovely floral fabric for the garden, cakes for the kitchen etc and hopefully people will love them as much as I do!

Making this apron I have discovered a new best friend: Bias Binding. Its amazing! It turns the simplest things into something beautifully finished with a professional edge.I love it.

So now I feel a slight obsession coming on…how many aprons can i make? the fabric choices are endless, spotty, floral, stripey, patchwork and then there are full lenght aprons!

Too many aprons, such little time!
